Delete your account and data

A pharmacist can ask us to delete their account and all data we store at any time. Email support@dawasyr.com (or message us on Telegram: @dawasyr) with the subject "Dawa data deletion request", including your Google account email, pharmacy name and, if possible, your device code. After verifying ownership we delete your data within 30 days: registration details, licence records, and any prescription images or contributions linked to your device code.

Sales, inventory and customer data exist only on your device and are removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. A Google Drive backup lives in the app's private folder in your account; you can delete it from Drive settings → Manage apps → Dawa.
